Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster (Windsor)

We are currently recruiting for a Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster to join our team in southwestern Ontario. This is a hybrid role that combines work-from-home and fieldwork. Candidates must reside in the Windsor region to handle field claims in person. Responsibilities Interview claimants and witnesses Obtain official documents Compare claims information with evidence Determine liability Make offers to claimants Issue cheque Dispose of salvage Pursue subrogation Accurately record, report and present files, including presentation of evidence at legal proceedings Maintain accurate billing, and time and expense records Work with manager to maintain client relations Qualifications 2 years of technical experience in an insurance claims environment, with strong knowledge of property claims required; knowledge of commercial lines is an asset Post‑secondary education in an insurance‑related field; working towards full license and CIP designation is an asset Proficient in a claims management system, maintaining accurate and detailed activity, transaction and reserve records Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing Must be a team player with a robust commitment to quality and customer service Compensation Salary range is $50,000 to $75,000 annually.
