Senior Automation Testing Engineer

Owning the test strategy and automation infrastructure for a real-time voice AI platform, the full-time Senior Automation Testing Engineer will design and maintain automated test frameworks, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with healthcare requirements in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automated test infrastructure for unit, integration, and performance testing Develop test frameworks and tooling to enable efficient and reliable testing across engineering teams Investigate production quality issues and drive root cause analysis and prevention efforts Required qualifications 10+ years in software quality engineering with a focus on test automation Proven experience designing and owning test automation frameworks from the ground up Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or equivalent scripting languages Experience with CI/CD integration using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins Deep understanding of testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers
