Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment. Candidates will support the radiology team by delivering high-quality imaging services to facilitate patient diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE X-ray, digital portables, OEC C-Arms, G-Arms, and O-Arms equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech EMR system.
• Follow unit policies and safety protocols adhering to industry standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff, particularly during trauma, fluoroscopy, and pain management procedures.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (R) certification and BLS certification required.
• At least 6 months of recent experience in an acute care hospital setting as a Rad Tech.
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR and trauma/X-ray procedures preferred.
• Ability to perform C-Arm, fluoroscopy, and pain management imaging confidently.
• Self-motivated, positive, and outgoing with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
