We Require:

• An active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate from an approved Florida school (not just from previous employment)

• Valid driver’s license and car insurance

• Social Security card

• Up-to-date CPR card

• A health statement (issued within 6 months) confirming you are free from communicable disease

• CEUs: 2-hr Alzheimer’s, 1-hr HIV/AIDS, and 2-hr Assistance with Self Administered Meds (bundle available at c-e-u.com)
