We operate in Mishawaka, IN, across three locations. Carnegie Library Special Events is our private event space on the upper level of Jesús, seating up to 175 guests. Our butcher shop provides locally sourced meats, while our commissary kitchen produces house‑made products for each of our restaurant locations. With four different concepts in three locations, there is something for every personality. Multi‑unit and multi‑concept management experience is a plus. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager to join our team. Job Duties Manage and oversee restaurant operations Use R365 for day‑to‑day operations Deliver exceptional guest services and ensure guest satisfaction Assist in planning new and updating existing menus Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy Manage the restaurant’s tech stack Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints Organize and supervise shifts Manage and lead staff, including hiring new employees Develop hourly and salaried staff Manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory Manage restaurant supplies, including small wares Control costs and minimize waste Create and nurture a positive working environment Respond to all incoming requests via email or social media Job Requirements Ideally, 2+ years of experience as a restaurant supervisor Food and wine knowledge Computer literacy Familiarity with restaurant management software (R365, Aloha, Triple Seat) Experience in event planning Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills Good financial management skills Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Team player Good time‑management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
