Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Therapist - Master's Level at Les Peters Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida Les Peters Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program. Compensation : $50,000 Annually Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and company-paid Life Insurance within 90 days, Paid Time Off that starts accruing on day one and can be used as soon as it is accrued, 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, and much more! ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What you will do: As a Therapist -Master's Level , you will provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan. - Be a registered Mental Health Counselor Intern or a registered Clinical Social Work Intern is preferred, but not required.
- Have a Master's degree or higher required in a Clinical curriculum or a related field.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB Test.
