About the Role

At Four Seasons Nashville, our Overnight In-Room Dining Server plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests' rooms. This position is responsible for providing personalized, knowledgeable, and efficient food and beverage service while ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

What You Will Do

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are maintained.
• Verify all orders against guest requests and ensure special instructions are completed correctly before delivery.
• Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner, providing detailed descriptions of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and create memorable dining experiences through personalized service.
• Coordinate tray and dishware removal in accordance with established service standards and guest preferences.
• Set up, maintain, and clean room service stations, tables, flatware, dishware, and condiment displays to ensure operational readiness.
• Utilize mobile technology and hotel operating systems to support service delivery and communication.
• Accurately process guest checks, obtain required signatures, and handle voids or complimentary items according to company procedures.
• Assist with taking guest orders and preparing simple food items when needed to support operational requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors while maintaining compliance with Four Seasons policies, procedures, and service standards.

What You Bring

• Previous food and beverage, restaurant, room service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu items, and dining etiquette preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and transport food and beverage items throughout the shift.
