Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Utilize critical thinking to assess and identify patient needs and implement appropriate interventions.
• Operate medical equipment such as Alaris pumps, Pyxis, and Hotline Rapid Infuser safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care smoothly.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocol and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records through EMR systems such as Sunrise/Allscripts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Hampshire at submission.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a hospital setting, specifically in the Emergency Department.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient safety and experience.
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure situations with a critical thinking mindset.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
