We are seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Scheduler. This full‑time position includes answering phones, scheduling service calls, dispatching employees, and performing administrative office tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Duties Include: Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional manner. Schedule service calls and coordinate customer appointments. Dispatch employees and coordinate daily service schedules. Perform general administrative office tasks. Assist with customer communication, scheduling, and follow‑up. Maintain accurate records and organize office information. Use computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Publisher for daily office work. Support team members with clerical tasks as needed. Help maintain a friendly, organized, and efficient office environment. Requirements: Highly motivated and dependable. Organized and detail oriented. Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Publisher. Ability to answer phones and communicate clearly with customers. Ability to schedule service calls and assist with customer coordination. Ability to dispatch employees and help coordinate schedules. Ability to perform administrative office tasks accurately and efficiently. Based upon experience.
