RN Unit Manager – Day ShiftWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing team on the day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality resident care, staff development, and maintaining high clinical standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit.Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized nursing care.Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up.Review and oversee care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation.Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, and coverage as needed.Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.Monitor quality measures and help implement performance improvement initiatives.Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to nursing staff.Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.QualificationsCurrent RN license in the applicable state.Previous supervisory or unit management experience in a SNF preferred.Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and clinical documentation.Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.What We OfferSalary up to $125,000Consistent Day Shift scheduleLeadership opportunity with a supportive clinical teamProfessional growth and development opportunitiesRewarding work environment focused on quality resident careIf you are a dedicated RN leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you!
