Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

This position supports a small team performing industrial pressure washing and cleanup at agricultural facilities. The role involves physical, hands-on work using pressure washing equipment and basic tools in a team-based environment. Ideal for individuals who enjoy active work and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of pressure washing equipment
• Perform cleaning and general labor tasks according to safety and quality standards
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Work as part of a small crew to complete daily assignments
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Communicate with team members regarding work progress and equipment needs

Qualifications

• Prior general labor, agricultural, or physically demanding work experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in industrial or outdoor environments
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety‑focused

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Roy, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
