Filter Production Associate

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated Production Assembler in Kennesaw, GA. In this hands-on and technical role, you will be responsible for building high-quality products that meet strict industry standards while contributing to a team-oriented manufacturing environment. IN A PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER JOB, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Product Assembly: Assembling assigned product components according to established production guidelines. Technical Preparation: Reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to ensure proper tools and materials are used. Quality Verification: Positioning parts using templates and precise measurements to confirm correct fit and specifications. Problem Solving: Adjusting dimensions and resolving assembly issues to meet final product requirements. Documentation & Inventory: Maintaining accurate production and quality records while monitoring inventory needs. Safety & Maintenance: Following all safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Prior assembly experience; electrical assembly experience required. Physical Ability: High dexterity and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and measurements. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Work Ethic: Strong time management skills and the ability to work well within a team.
