Athletics Compliance Director: NCAA & NIL Programs

Appalachian State

Appalachian State University (Boone, NC) seeks a Director of Athletics Compliance to oversee NCAA rules compliance across major sports. The role reports to the Senior Director of Athletics Compliance and directs education, monitoring, and self-reporting processes to ensure athlete eligibility and adherence to policies and bylaws.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in NCAA compliance, and preferably 4–7 years in Division I FBS environments; a Master’s degree or JD is
