Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients utilizing secure telehealth platforms.

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring adherence to both individual and situational medical necessities.

  • Facilitate psycho-educational groups, including parenting classes and skill-building workshops, to help clients acquire vital coping strategies and enhance their familial relationships.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client case materials, chart notes, and required statistical data according to organizational standards and regulations.

  • Manage your caseload effectively and meet contractual obligations by logging a specified number of reimbursable therapy hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a broad spectrum of individuals, ranging from children facing behavioral issues to adults dealing with complex mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work closely with families, helping them to navigate interpersonal relationships, communication barriers, and overall family dynamics. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

  • A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in providing counseling services, preferably in an outpatient setting.

  • Strong organizational abilities and aptitude for managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative in managing documentation and billing protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth services, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and any additional training in child or family therapy practices will be highly regarded.
