Registered Nurse - Cath Lab/Interventional - Days

Role Overview: Provides leadership and coordination of nursing staff in a healthcare setting, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and clinical objectives. Key Responsibilities Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors nursing/support staff during shifts; participates in performance evaluations. Assesses patient care needs, develops care assignments, and collaborates with advanced practice providers to achieve optimal outcomes. Evaluates patient care effectiveness, addresses concerns, and responds to complaints through established channels. Contributes to staffing decisions, training, and staff development; maintains safety and performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing. At least one year of registered nurse experience. Strong communication, assessment, and leadership skills. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license in respective state, BLS certification, and either ALS or PALS certification as per state requirements.
