Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills & a proactive approach to challenges
• Python: Deep understanding of core concepts, asynchronous programming, closures, and event loop
• Hands on with AI extended plugins(GitHub Copilot/Cursor/Windsurf)
• React (Intermediate to Advanced): Functional components, hooks, context API, and performance optimization
- Experience in React.js and Python API development using FastAPI (experience in **.NET API development is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of SQL/MS SQL, with hands-on experience in writing and optimizing stored procedures.
- Must have experience with the end-to-end application lifecycle and the ability to review application architecture holistically, ensuring the application is scalable and capable of future expansion
- Resource should be capable of leading and mentoring the team in development, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsive Design: CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, media queries, and mobile-first development
• D3.js: Building interactive visualizations for AI-generated insights and data
• Cross-Site Debugging: Proficiency with browser dev tools and performance profiling for AI components
• Node.js: Building scalable backend services that interact with AI/ML services
• RESTful API Development: Experience with MERN stack
• CI/CD and Cloud: Familiarity with automated pipelines and deploying solutions on ARO and Azure
• Understanding of AI-driven personalization and adaptive UI rendering
• Experience integrating AI-powered components (chatbots, recommendation engines, smart search) via APIs (e.g., OpenAI) is a plus

Salary Range: $64,000 - $90,000 a year
