Litigation Attorney

This is a San Diego-based boutique litigation firm representing businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies in complex disputes. The firm focuses on business litigation, employment law, securities litigation, and intellectual property matters, offering a sophisticated, big-law level practice within a more agile and collaborative environment. They handle matters through all stages of litigation, including trial, arbitration, and high-stakes negotiations. They are seeking a Litigation Associate to join their growing team, handling a mix of complex business and employment-related litigation matters. This role involves managing cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, handling written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong general litigation experience, with employment law exposure (wage & hour, PAGA, FEHA, or advisory work) preferred but not required.
