Material Handler Under the direction of the Value Stream Leader and Senior Team Leader, the Material Handler assists in the daily operation of the department with primary emphasis on distribution of material and control of inventory. Work Type: Onsite at Delhi IA facility. Not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship. Shift Timing: 1st shift Referral Bonus Available. Position is eligible for a sign-on bonus, payable to new hires who meet the program's eligibility criteria. Responsibilities Executed inventory location assignments and job order deliveries, operating forklifts safely and efficiently. Conducted receiving inspections to verify goods before directing them to appropriate departments or storage areas. Identified safety challenges, developed practical solutions, recognized potential hazards, and recommended corrective actions. Adhered to company safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. Obtained forklift certification. Knowledge & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Attention to detail – spotting labeling errors, damaged goods, or misplaced items. Inventory management – tracking, organizing, and maintaining stock levels. Mathematical – ensuring counts and accuracy. Time management – meeting deadlines and keeping workflows efficient. Communication – coordinating with team members and supervisors. Certification in forklift operation and other key motorized equipment desired. Skills & Abilities Clear written and verbal communication skills. Forklift and pallet jack operation – safely moving heavy materials. Shipping and receiving – handling incoming and outgoing goods accurately.
