Job Summary

Endearment Unlimited is a non-medical In-Home Service Provider dedicated to promoting individual growth for those we serve through personalized supports. We are seeking compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregivers to join our team. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep. Availability between 7a.m-8p.m strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry

• Assist with med reminders and other person specific tasks

• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence

• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies

• Participate in team meetings and trainings

• Contribute to the development of client care plans

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred

• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Have a working phone

• Able and willing to commute from client home to client home

Work Environment:

• Work in clients' homes, with occasional office visits

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Part-time and full-time positions available, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our clients and caregivers

What We Offer:

• Hourly rate of $18 - $19.50 HOURLY
