Staff Product Manager - IT Go-to-Market (Partner Management)

The IT Go-to-Market organization builds and operates the technology platforms that power Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. These products enable scalable lead generation, pipeline management, deal execution, and revenue insights across the business.As a Staff Product Manager on the IT Go-to-Market Partner Management team, you will own internal technology products that support critical Partner capabilities such as PRM platforms, AI capabilities for Partners, workflows, partner productivity, and partner ecosystem integration and information sharing technologies.You will work closely with GTM and Partner teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve seller productivity, accelerate deal execution, and enable data-driven decision-making.We're looking to speak with candidates based in Palo Alto for our hybrid working model.ResponsibilitiesDomain ExpertiseLead product strategy for partner-first GTM and PRM capabilitiesBuild scalable workflows for Partner onboarding, deal registration, attribution, approvals, and partner operationsDeep expertise in greenfield implementation of Partner tooling, Partner Programs and Partner incentives and Information sharing.Solid understanding of Partner engagement for all Partner types - Resellers, Cloud Partners, Tech Partners, ISVs etcDrive AI-enabled automation for partner administration and lifecycle managementDefine integrations between Salesforce, partner platforms, telemetry, and internal systemsImprove partner visibility, operational efficiency, and partner engagement processesPartner with sales, alliances, and operations teams on scalable partner platform solutionsProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and communicate the product vision and roadmap for GTM technology platformsTranslate business strategy and operational needs into scalable product capabilitiesIdentify opportunities to improve seller productivity, marketing effectiveness, and revenue workflows through technologyAlign product strategy with enterprise architecture, security, and platform standardsDevelop clear product requirements (PRDs), define success metrics, and track product adoption and impactUse user feedback and data insights to refine priorities and improve the product experienceStakeholder EngagementPartner with Partner, Customer Org, Sales, Finance, Security, and IT teams to understand pain points and identify opportunitiesRepresent the voice of the user, ensuring solutions address real operational challengesCommunicate priorities, trade-offs, timelines, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadershipBuild strong partnerships with engineering teams, architects, and external vendorsRoadmap & DeliveryOwn and maintain the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing work based on business impact and technical feasibilityCollaborate closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment to plan and deliver product releasesBalance new feature development with platform improvements and technical debtEnsure smooth product delivery by managing cross-team dependencies and aligning stakeholdersAdoption & Change ManagementPartner with enablement and change management teams to drive adoption of new Partner capabilitiesCommunicate product changes and new features across impacted teamsMonitor KPIs and support incident or problem management when issues ariseRequirements12+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
