Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for a travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role requires adept handling of high acuity pediatric cases in a fast-paced, dynamic teaching hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU

• Manage respiratory, trauma, and complex medical pediatric cases with high acuity
• Utilize advanced skills including ventilator and trach management, critical care vasoactive drip titration
• Float to Pediatric CVICU, NICU, and Peds Progressive units as needed
• Apply aseptic and sterile techniques, perform basic dressing changes
• Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team including CNAs, RT, and intensivists

Requirements of the RN - PICU

• RN: BLS, PALS
• 2 years of high acuity Pediatric ICU experience
• Experience with EPIC, Artic Sun, Belmont Rapid Infuser, and management of invasive lines
