Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $881-$964 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 per week - Contract duration: 9 weeks - Shift: rotating 12-hour day shifts (06:00–18:30), three on, three off - Start date: 11/02/2026 - Setting: Long-term care facility (nursing home) - Local candidates preferred Responsibilities - Administer prescribed medications and treatments under supervising RN; document administration promptly in the chart. - Monitor patient status, perform routine vital signs, and report changes to the supervising nurse. - Provide bedside nursing care, assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures. - Assist with wound care and other routine nursing procedures within scope, following facility protocols. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record and communicate care plans with the care team. - Support care coordination during rounds, respond to call lights, and uphold patient safety and infection control standards.
