Onsite BSA Test Lead

Job Summary : Candidate will play the BSA role along with Test Lead. Skillsets: Requirement Gathering Business Analysis Informatica ETL Testing MDM Testing Salesforce Knowledge 3. Shift : Regular 4. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Participate in Meetings with Client/Business Team to gather Requirements 2. Prepare Functional Requirement Documents with the Client Requirements and get it signed off. 3. Coordinate between Onsite and Offshore teams (Development and Testing teams) and Clarify the queries related business requirements. 4. Participate in efforts to analyze specify and design Test cases 5. Review the Testing Deliverables such as Test Scenarios Test Cases and Test Results. 6. Be able to design System Integration Test Scripts & Validation Test Protocols 7. Good knowledge on Oracle SQL and writing SQL queries desirable 8. Identify end to end business critical scenarios and Create/Review/Execute the test scripts 9. Execute validation protocols as per validation testing guidelines 10. Work on Test Management Tool for Test Design Execution & Reporting 11. Raise defects and track till they are retested and closed 12. Conduct root cause analysis of the defects logged 13. Prepare Test Summary Report 14. Responsible for ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures for regulated GxP systems 15. Represent the Testing Team in meetings with Business Owners Tech Managers and other Stakeholders 5. Demand requires Travel? : No 6. Certification(s) Required :
