Qualifications

- Skills in Microsurgery or advanced reconstructive techniques are highly desirable.
- Board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery and a valid, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the state of California.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and support a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
