Job DeveloperIn this role, you would collaborate with community employers to create job opportunities, fostering positive relationships and attending sessions to expand job prospects. The Job Developer develops various types of jobs, provides employment readiness training, and manages program paperwork. Helping people prepare for competitive employment, including work ethics, attitude, and professional appearance, is crucial.
