This role is responsible for assisting with project execution, stakeholder coordination, budget and schedule tracking, and maintaining project documentation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams will be essential to project success.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project development and execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality controlCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support effective project communication and collaborationIdentify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategiesSupport contract review, negotiation, and administration with vendors and suppliersMaintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reportsTrack project financial performance, monitor expenses, and maintain budget recordsCoordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and support project-related administrative tasksAssist with site visits and project-related meetings as neededSupport overall project team operations to help ensure timely and successful project deliveryDesired experience and technical skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field2–4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industryStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationshipsKnowledge of project management principles and best practicesFamiliarity with real estate industry standards and construction processesDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to travel for project-related meetings and site visits as neededCompensation & Schedule:40 hours per week, Monday through FridayTime entry requiredOvertime paid at 1.5x hourly rate for hours exceeding 40 per week with manager approval requiredThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:75,000.00 – 88,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
