Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Define and drive the end-to-end architecture for the Analytics Platform supporting Risk Adjustment, Quality Analytics, Chart Targeting, Care Management, and Analytics & Reporting solutionsLead architecture and design reviews for strategic initiatives, including System integration, analytics modernization, and workflow automationDesign scalable, secure, and cost-efficient big data solutions leveraging Azure Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Kafka, and cloud-native servicesEstablish architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices to improve scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability across platformsPartner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with organizational objectivesDrive platform modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy technologies to cloud-native architectures, workflow orchestration modernization, and infrastructure automationLead complex data integration strategies involving claims, membership, provider, pharmacy, quality, and risk adjustment datasets across multiple lines of business (MA, ACA, Medicaid)Utilize GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, and enterprise AI platforms to improve developer productivity, automate engineering workflows, accelerate code reviews, and improve solution qualityDefine observability, reliability, governance, security, and compliance standards across analytics platforms and data pipelinesCollaborate with DevOps and operations teams to proactively identify architectural risks, improve resiliency, and drive rapid resolution of production incidentsProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to engineering teams while establishing governance through Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and solution reviewsEvaluate emerging technologies, conduct proofs of concept (POCs), and recommend innovative solutions that improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and client experienceYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or enterprise application development, including 5+ years in an Architecture role8+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale analytics, data processing, and cloud-based data solutions5+ years of solid hands-on expertise with Azure technologies (Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure SQL) and cloud-native data architecture patterns5+ years of experience with distributed computing, data processing, and programming languages including Spark, PySpark, SQL, Python, Java, or ScalaHands-on experience implementing AI/ML and GenAI-driven solutions, including utilizing tools such as GitHub Copilot, LLMs, MLOps frameworks, and intelligent automation capabilitiesExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD automation, DevOps practices, and cloud governance modelsDemonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale data pipelines, data lakes, Lakehouse architectures, and high-volume analytical platformsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in healthcare analytics, risk adjustment, claims analytics, quality analytics, provider performance, or value-based care solutionsExperience leading cloud transformation and analytics modernization initiatives with measurable business outcomes related to cost reductionKnowledge of Medicare Advantage, ACA, Medicaid, RAF, HCC, HEDIS, Chart Review, Suspecting Analytics, and Clinical Quality programsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
