Flexible scheduling — full-time and part-time positions available, with new assignments added daily. Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience and acuity) Location: Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union Counties, NJ Schedule: Flexible — full-time and part-time hours available, days/evenings/weekends. Our team supports individuals with compassion, empathy, and empowerment, helping them thrive in their homes and communities. About This Position We're looking for compassionate DSPs to provide one-on-one support to adults in the Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union County areas during daily routines and community/recreational activities. Specific details about each individual's routine, interests, and support plan is shared during the interview process.
