Position Summary The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing resident needs, coordinating care, supervising nursing staff, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and abuse‑free environment for all residents. Essential Duties Assess resident conditions and identify significant changes in health status. Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist and support RNs, LPNs, nursing assistants, and restorative aides. Ensure compliance with nursing standards, state and federal regulations, and facility policies. Participate in care planning, documentation, and physician order reviews. Respond effectively to resident concerns, emergencies, and changing conditions. Promote a positive, resident-centered culture focused on dignity, safety, and quality care. Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in West Virginia. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. CPR certification is required. Long‑term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills. Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Pay: Competitive starting hourly wages based on years of experience
