About The Role The role sits at the intersection of sales, data, and systems, owning the operational engine that drives revenue growth and pipeline predictability. The team relies on this position to optimize CRM workflows, maintain data integrity, and build the analytics infrastructure that guides strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize CRM architecture, defining lead routing, object models, and automation rules in Salesforce Build and maintain attribution reporting, pipeline forecasts, and executive dashboards using SQL and BI tools Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to define territory planning, quota structures, and compensation models Audit data hygiene regularly and implement enrichment processes to ensure accurate pipeline reporting Evaluate, procure, and integrate revenue tech stack tools to improve sales productivityPartner with finance to align revenue forecasts, bookings data, and SaaS metric definitions What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration and configuration; certifications preferred Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern BI and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau Deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel, metrics (ARR, NDR, CAC, LTV), and GTM tooling Demonstrated track record of designing and scaling operational processes across cross-functional teams Bonus: Experience with CPQ systems, marketing automation platforms, and Python scripting for data automation #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
