Title: RTC Front Desk Receptionist Location: Tribal Offices Closing Date: When Filled Wage Range: $15.60 + DOQ Supervisor: RTC Executive Assistant Provides receptionist/secretarial support services to the Tribal Council and Administrative Offices. Operates a multi-line telephone system answering incoming calls, directs callers to appropriate personnel, and performs other general clerical work and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor. One year certificate from college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, have organizational skills and customer service skills. Knowledge of office practices and procedures and the ability to use all office equipment is desired. Must have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Power Point. Strong oral and written communication skills.
