Are you ready to join the Lineage family? Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Courier Driver to join our team. Drivers are the front line of customer interaction and play a vital role in ensuring mail and materials are delivered safely, securely, and on time. This position requires strong driving habits, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and safety guidelines Complete assigned delivery and pickup routes in a timely manner Protect customer mail and materials during all weather conditions Provide professional and courteous customer service Perform initial mail sorting for stamped, presorted, flats, and other mail processing Complete dock sorting for presort, metered, and stamped mail from delivery routes Ensure customers have trays, tubs, and required mailing supplies Fuel company vehicles and assist with maintaining vehicle cleanliness and operation Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, citations, or customer concerns to the Transportation Supervisor Identify opportunities to improve route efficiency and pickup times Use hand trucks and other equipment as neededMaintain a professional appearance, including company uniform standards Support warehouse and operational tasks as assigned Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Previous courier, delivery, warehouse, or mail processing experience is a plus Combination of driving, warehouse, and operational work environments Physical and active role involving standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and moving materials Use of office and warehouse equipment including computers, printers, sorters, mail equipment, and hand tools Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions Benefits Lineage offers full-time employees with the following benefit options: Company paid Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance Voluntary Additional Life Insurance/AD&D, Short Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and Hospital Insurance $1000 Health Payment Account 401k and Roth 401k with discretionary employer contributions Paid Time Off starting at 12 days, and accruals start upon hire Paid Holidays Annual Company Bonus Programs First Time Homebuyers Program gifting $10k towards the purchase of your first home Area Caring Teams designed to meet the needs of our employees, whether it be emotionally, financially, or spiritually.
