We are seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team. As an STNA / CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Shifts available:

SNF :
Days : PRN
Evenings FT | PT
Night : PRN

Requirements for State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs):

Active State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state STNA exam
Graduated from a CNA training program
A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Key Duties Include:

Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.

Walk-in Interviews Welcome Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm!
