About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Partnerships to lead the development and execution of high-impact corporate and brand partnerships within its women's sports properties portfolio. This role is pivotal in the current landscape of women's sports, which is experiencing a surge in commercial opportunities. The successful candidate will be a champion for the growth of women's sports, with a focus on creating substantial, tailored solutions that meet the needs of both clients and their corporate partners. Responsibilities include crafting and implementing go-to-market strategies, overseeing prospecting and outreach plans, and leading complex negotiations with senior decision-makers. The role demands a strategic visionary with a proven track record in partnership sales, a strong network of C-suite relationships, and the ability to inspire a team to achieve revenue and partnership goals. Candidates for the Vice President, Global Partnerships position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, or premium sales.
