Enterprise Sales ExecutivePosition OverviewWe are a National Leader in IT Solutions across cybersecurity, networking, cloud, collaboration, customer experience, and managed services seeking a driven Enterprise Sales Executive to grow strategic accounts and close high-value deals across enterprise customers. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing trusted relationships with C-level and senior IT stakeholders, and delivering complex IT and security solutions that meet customers business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in enterprise sales and familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure solutions.OfferingSalary range: $100,000-$130,000+ contingent on experience25% Commission on sales in 1st yearComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with retirement savings supportGenerous PTO and paid leave programsEmployee rewards and recognition programsAward-winning workplace cultureCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesFlexible work environmentKey ResponsibilitiesOwn full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close for enterprise accounts.Develop and execute account plans to expand footprint, increase revenue, and achieve quota targets.Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, VPs of Infrastructure, and other key decision-makers.Collaborate with solutions engineering, professional services, and delivery teams to design and present technical proposals and proof-of-concepts.Position cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and managed services solutions to address customer business and risk drivers.Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and procurement engagements in partnership with legal and finance teams.Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline in CRM; provide regular reporting and sales forecasts to leadership.Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy.Represent the company at industry events, customer briefings, and executive meetings to generate new business opportunities.Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and collateral.QualificationsProven enterprise sales track record with 5+ years selling to large organizations and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.Deep experience in enterprise sales processes, account planning, and complex deal negotiation.Strong communicator and presenter with experience engaging C-level executives and technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to sell technical solutions; comfortable working with solution architects and engineering teams.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline management.Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.Nice-to-have: experience or working knowledge in cybersecurity, security solutions, or CISO-focused offerings.Nice-to-have: background in IT solutions, networking, data center, Cisco technologies, managed services, and infrastructure modernization.Nice-to-have: experience positioning cloud platforms, contact center technologies, and hybrid/cloud architectures.Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
