Associate, Real Estate Asset Management
Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America
Key Responsibilities and Duties Supports a portfolio of real estate assets within a specific sector and/or directly manages individual assets. Negotiates property management, leasing and construction contracts with support from senior management. Recommends and analyzes investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market. Reviews the financial analysis/modeling of current and projected performance of property investments to report to senior management. Maintains familiarity with current issues impacting the real estate management business. Possesses significant knowledge of current real estate market conditions for submarkets in which assets are located. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Required Experience 2+ years of real estate asset management – preferably in housing Proficiency in Excel Preferred Experience 3+ years of real estate asset management – preferably in housing Related Skills Construction Management Due Diligence Financial Acumen Financial Analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America
