And we will be better with you.We are seeking a Weighmaster/Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Livingston, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing inbound and outbound loads, recording transaction data, and maintaining detail records. This role requires advanced equipment operation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient daily operations. The position supports operational productivity, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.What You'll Do:Weigh incoming raw product loadsRecord all weight certificates on control sheetDistribute paperwork to proper departments and answer calls as neededFile weight certificationsInput production data in Excel and JD EdwardsTake yard inventoryPrint and replenish blank production forms as well as check all completed forms for supervisor approvalsSend accounting weight certificates to other facilitiesAudit accounting weight certificates and file awayUnload and put away deliveries with forklift and fill out Incoming Goods Inspection formsPerform inventory on finished product producedTare empty trailers, take dryer, water, and plant gas meter readings to record accordinglyOther duties as assignedWhat You'll Bring:High school diploma or equivalent preferred with 2+ years of experiencePrevious experience in data entry, clerical work, or scale operations preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic math skills and ability to perform calculationsProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify operational issues, inventory discrepancies, or workflow challenges and takes appropriate action to resolve problems and improve processes.A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.Effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments to support daily operations and resolve issues and effective time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet productivity goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as requiredOccasionally walking up & down wet stairsWhat You'll Get:Opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5 days per weekAn excellent salary, benefit offering and development opportunitiesA thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyondAbout Sensient: Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
