Treatment Planning and Implementation: design and implement personalized treatment plans and employ therapeutic techniques and equipment. Patient Care & Rehabilitation: provide hands‑on therapy, exercises, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed. Team Collaboration: work closely with multidisciplinary teams, participate in case discussions, and contribute to integrated patient care. Mentorship & Education: supervise PT assistants, aides, and students; lead educational and training sessions. Documentation & Record Keeping: maintain accurate, compliant patient records and documentation. Professional Development: attend workshops, seminars, and research activities to stay current in the field. Community Outreach: participate in community programs and events to promote physical therapy and educate the public. Qualifications Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English. Additional skills in Spanish, Tagalog, or any Chinese language are a plus. Licensing Requirements: Must possess a valid Physical Therapist License for California or a PTLA status. Educational Background: A degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required. New graduates are welcome. Specialized Skills: Comfortable with, or open to, treating patients in aquatic therapy settings. Comprehensive training will be provided.
