COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Wauconda, IL. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life. Active Illinois COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Documentation and charting experience in electronic medical records preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel or contract experience preferred. Experience with restorative therapy programs preferred. Assignment Details Shift Hours: 08:30 - 16:30. Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week. Meal break: 30 minutes.
