Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour (07:00 – 19:00), Wednesday through Friday

Requirements:

• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Certificates:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN)
• Special Certification: National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCO)

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized wound care management and treatment for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately in Epic EMR.
• Educate patients and families on wound care techniques and prevention.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and national wound care standards.
