Accountabilities include assessment and planning, coordination of care, resource utilization management and/ or review, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance and patient advocacy. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree - Nursing degree/diploma upon hire. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. 2 years - Acute care experience in a Medical Surgical or Inpatient setting. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.
