Job Description:
If you're interested in making a significant impact as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Outpatient setting this Highlands Ranch, CO position might be what you are looking for! Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- CO Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Pay: $2,061.34 - $2,125.09 / week
- Location: Highlands Ranch, CO
- Assignment Length: 13
- Shift: Day - up to 40.00 hours per week
- Setting: Outpatient
- Workplace: On-site
