Call Ratio: Shared among 3 Neonatologists

Patient Demographics: Premature, critically ill newborns, newborn nursery patients

Patient Volume: Approx. 1,000 annual births

Admissions: Yes

Rounding included: Yes

Phone Consults: As Needed

Case Mix: NICU, newborn care, & neonatal stabilization

Practice Setting: Level III NICU and Newborn Unit

No of Beds: 10 (NICU); 20 (Newborn)

Team Structure: 3 Neonatologist onsite

Daily support from Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)

Neonatal stabilization and resuscitation

NICU admissions and management

Care of critically ill and premature infants

Newborn nursery management

Active GA License

BC/BE

DEA

Clean Record (highly preferred)

Must have neonatology experience

Fellowship-Trained
