Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Location

Beaver Dam, WI | Outpatient Clinic

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x8-hour shifts, 6:30–15:00 | No scheduled weekends | Weekend call required (currently 1 in 4) | Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a range of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Cataracts, Robotics, Orthopedics, and GYN
• Float to other units or areas as needed based on patient care demands
• Participate in weekend call rotation as required (currently approximately 1 in 4 weekends)
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care consistent with established clinical standards
• Complete required telemetry/cardiac rhythm testing prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience within the last 3 years
• Must pass a telemetry/cardiac rhythm exam prior to start (passing score of 80% or higher; up to three attempts permitted under defined criteria)
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple OR specialties including robotics and orthopedics
• Comfort and flexibility with floating to varied clinical settings as needed
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
