We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for the greater Streeterville market to help us achieve this mission. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of mental health disorders through psychotherapy. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic health records using our EMR system. Build and manage a patient caseload, with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days telehealth. Benefits and Compensation Competitive base salary $75,000–$85,000 with a quality incentive bonus. No earnings cap and flexible schedule—design your own full‑time hours in advance.
