Our healthcare partner, a leading academic medical center in downtown Charleston, is seeking an experienced IONM Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations for its hospital-based intraoperative neuromonitoring program. This is a great step up for a CNIM with 5+ years of IONM experience who is ready to move into a leadership role while staying hands-on in cases.
You'll oversee 24/7 IONM operations for both adult and pediatric services, reporting to the IONM Senior Manager and working closely with the Medical Director.

What You'll Do
- Oversee 24/7 IONM operations for adult and pediatric services
- Partner with the Medical Director and Senior Manager on quality, efficiency and financial goals
- Help maintain the lab's ABRET IONM accreditation
- Support staffing and coordinate physician oversight for all procedures
- Provide hands-on monitoring and help the IONM team during cases as needed
What We're Looking For
- CNIM required
- 5+ years of intraoperative neuromonitoring experience
- One or more neurodiagnostic registries (R. EEG T., R. EP T., R. NCS T.) or a bachelor's degree
- Current BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Leadership, organization and strong communication skills
