Our client is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to support the oversight and execution of cash accounting activities. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for supervising cash reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial data, and leading a team within the cash accounting function.

What You'll Do:

• Lead training, development, and review activities for each team member
• Review reconciliations prepared by the team and provide review comments and ongoing coaching as needed
• Investigate reconciliation variances and communicate issues to management
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting processes and procedures
• Analyze financial data to identify focus areas and trends
• Serve as a subject matter expert and lead process-related projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve reconciling items and align expectations
• Support facility personnel and department leaders with accounting and financial questions

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• At least 2 years of leadership or experience overseeing direct reports
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience maintaining controls related to GAAP and standard operating procedures
