Veterans Housing Stability Case Manager

St-Vincent-De-Paul-Cares

St. Vincent de Paul CARES in Sebring, FL is seeking a Case Manager III to provide assessment, planning, linkage, and advocacy for veterans and their families enrolled in Supportive Services programs. You will manage a caseload, coordinate housing goals, and ensure services are delivered in alignment with program rules and funding requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of the service delivery system for veterans, excellent communication, and the ability to work with diverse populations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
