Role Description Atlas Concorde USA is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Field Marketing Manager to support the growth and development of our Premium Stores network across the United States. Based at our Franklin, TN headquarters, this full‑time role requires a strong field presence and extensive travel across the United States (approximately 70%). The Field Marketing Manager plays a key role in strengthening Atlas Concorde's brand presence, performance and partnership across our network of distributors and dealers, while ensuring best‑in‑class product display, storytelling and showroom execution. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position collaborates closely with Marketing Managers and Sales Representatives in the field to identify, develop and support a network of key stores across the country, while creating training resources for clients, dealers, and internal teams, ensuring this content is effectively delivered at the different stages of network development. Responsibilities Visit existing and prospective distributors, dealers and points of sale to identify, develop and support the Premium Stores network Curate, together with the Regional Sales Managers, product showcase across our distributors' and dealers' stores and showrooms Prepare and update presentations, product presentations and tutorials, as well as arrange dedicated online or in‑person sessions to launch or promote company projects Focus on business targets in terms of geographical coverage and sales distribution Introduce new collections efficiently and to train customers on product features Regularly schedule visits and training sessions improving product knowledge of customers'/dealers' sales force, and arrange for group visits to our Franklin HQs / Showroom Identify and analyze clients' needs in terms of product and service, being proactive in proposing new activities, solutions and complementary products Travel to different states in the USA following company strategy, product launches, training programs, clients' needs Requirements Bachelor's Degree 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, sales, training, or customer development Experience within building materials, flooring, furniture, interior finishes, lighting, decorative surfaces, sanitaryware, paints, or related industry preferred Strong presentation and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Capacity of analysis, data management, use of CRM systems, periodic reporting Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Goal oriented Capability to take initiative Variable salary based on results and performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
