Key Responsibilities

• Lead and co‑manage a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals alongside a hospital manager, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Oversee clinical operations to ensure optimal patient care, quality standards, and efficiency.
• Work closely with hospital manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Implement and optimize processes to increase productivity and streamline workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, medical standards, and practice policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data‑driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve practice performance.

Competitive Salary & Benefits

Competitive annual base salary for full‑time: $120,000-150,000 base plus production based on experience and bonus potential.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off (including sick time) for all eligible employees. For positions based in Colorado, we provide eligible employees with paid sick and safe leave and public health emergency leave in accordance with the requirements of Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
